Collection of GCSE, A Level and Vocational Certificates

Students who sat exams in Summer 2023 will be invited to Celebration of Achievement Evening in December 2023. This is where they will receive their official certificates. If they cannot attend, they will be invited in to collect them at a later date.

A signature is required before collection. You must bring official photographic ID with you when collecting certificates.

If you are unable to collect your certificates in person, you can nominate a relative or friend to collect them on your behalf. Please email the name of the person you are nominating to data.exams@thejohnroanschool.org.uk. They must bring photo ID evidence, such as a passport or driving licence for identification. Certificates will not be released to your nominee without this.

Please note that The John Roan School will not take any responsibility for any lost or damaged certificates once they have been collected.

Uncollected Certificates

Certificates from 2018 -2022 are still available for collection. Please email data.exams@thejohnroanschool.org.uk or phone 0208 516 7571 to arrange a suitable date/time for collection.

Lost Certificates

Your certificate is a valuable document and you should keep it safe. If you loose a certificate you will need to apply to the exam board directly to replace it. They will require proof of identity and charge a substantial fee per certificate.
